Getting Google Play Error Continuously After Deleting It

  1. Sarahleigh33's Avatar

Hey guys, my google play store continously "downloading" but doesnt download. I have tried with every app and it does the same thing. And when I try to download something for the google play store my phone starts to get hot.

I have no pop up errors. I have "clear data & clear cache" in my google play store and my download manager.

My download manager is also not diabled. It is enabled.

I cant download anything from google play store. It just continuously says "downloading".

    Any ideas....

could it be that your internal memory is full? Maybe transfer pics.,music to the sd card?

I tried the above but didnt work iam Using a Micromax A110
well through trouble shooting with not much help from google I found that i had enabled a setting in the Play store wherein it updates apps when only on Wifi
So what was hapening was when i turned my wifi on it updated all the apps at the same time and the app that i wanted updated was in queue so it did not happen immediately

    In Short
    !. go to play store
    2 My apps
3 u will get to know from this if ur apps are updating or not
4 . If all are updating at same time stop them
5 Update only the app u want to

    Hopes this helps ull
    cheers

I change all my Apps by restricting background data a few days ago an ran into the same problem where apps are showing 'downloading' and nothing more happens. I fix it by 'un-restricting' background data by going to (on the Sony Experia Z2) 'Settings'-'Data Usage'-scrolling and unticking the 'restrict background data' tick boxes on all apps. (Not sure what the data usage impact will be now - will have to monitor).

I tried all the options but same issue was there.
At the end,i opened "apps",then "all" then "google play services",then pressed "clear cache" then
"clear data" ,then "force stop" then "disable" and restarted phone.
At the end,it started working :-)
